My husband Chuck and I moved to Ruidoso in April of 2002 from Alberta, Canada. My family lived in New Mexico in the late 1800’s but we did not discover Ruidoso until Chuck’s family moved here in 2000. We were sold on the Ruidoso lifestyle from the start and made the move from Edmonton six months later … after all, where else can you ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon?

Before moving to Ruidoso, I was a Salesperson and Consultant in the Automotive Parts industry. There, I gained considerable experience in customer relations, business development and conflict resolution. These skills served me well when we purchased Whispering Pine Cabins, a nightly rental and Property Management operation, with 20 cabins. In five years, we’ve grown the business significantly by focusing on our customers, adding new properties and property management clientele.

Real Estate was a natural complement to the rental business; I obtained my Brokers License as well. I’ve been fortunate to have listed and sold many residential and commercial properties and of course property management is still a big part of the services I offer. Many of the properties I have sold are managed as nightly rentals. The new owners enjoy their properties whenever they like while letting visitors to Ruidoso pay the bills!

I enjoy being involved in life-changing transactions with my clients and work diligently to ensure they find what they really want while having some fun along the way. I take every transaction to heart and guarantee my 100% to make every deal a win-win situation.
