Landree Siddens – Associate Broker

I’m a fourth generation real estate broker currently practicing in Lincoln County, New Mexico. I grew up in Ruidoso and attended school here as well — except for my junior year where I attended La Lumiere, a college preparatory academy in La Porte, Indiana. My desire to step out and experience more than our beautiful mountain village paid off, as my time there became a tremendous learning experience.

I returned to Ruidoso to receive my high school diploma; this became the first step in determining that Ruidoso was the place I wanted to live and pursue my career. A few more skills were required, so I first continued onto Las Cruces, New Mexico, where I attended New Mexico State University. I was then ready to return full time to Ruidoso and dive into Real Estate, the family business since the 1950s. After three years, I decided my knowledge of Ruidoso needed to be applied.

Real Estate is a great way to apply my passions which included home decorating and home design, so being a New Mexico State Licensed Broker affords me the opportunity to pursue these interests.
