After discovering Ruidoso in 1994, it was my goal to live here where the sunrises and sunsets display an array of colors, the quality of life is superb and you can view wildlife without leaving the comfort of your home. I’m a transplant originally from South Dakota. After graduating from college with degrees in Finance and Diary Science, I joined the family dairy business. In 1994, my three brothers and I relocated and built a cheese plant in Lovington, New Mexico. It was there that people mentioned Ruidoso and the beauty and magnetism of this mountain community. We purchased a second home here shortly after and discovered that Ruidoso had a charm that always drew our family back.

The day after our youngest son graduated from high school in Lovington, we packed our belongings and moved to Ruidoso permanently. Since then, we have enjoyed the people, the climate, the arts, diverse activities, and the beauty of the mountains and trees that is singularly Ruidoso.

My wife teaches at Ruidoso High School and we have three sons scattered around the world pursuing their careers. After being retired for seven years, I wanted to share with others the same positive experience that we encountered when we moved here so I decided to secure my Real Estate License.

I can relate to my clients on many levels and I am flexible with my schedule. This is important when your work and family may keep you busy during the day.
