I’ve been a New Mexico fan since the late 70's when I first found my way to Santa Fe. The clean air, the star-filled night skies and the smell of piñon smoke I found irresistible. After almost 25 years of simply vacationing in this great State, my wife Kristine and I left the comforts of our big city life in Chicago and headed to Ruidoso. It was 1998 when we first "discovered" Ruidoso. I remember cruising through Midtown here with its quaint shops and the towering Sierra Blanca ahead through the windshield ... I turned to Kristine and asked "Why have we never heard of this place." Two years later we were living here! I brought a mixed bag of professional experience to Ruidoso having spent about ten years in commercial insurance, another ten years in PC software development and then just focusing on Internet dvelopment and advertising and marketing. Since moving here in 2000, we've expanded our repertoire even further owning lodges, a flooring store, and commercial rental space and vacation homes and fixing up quite a few along the way. We're also currently part owners of Willmon's Prime Grille ... proudly one of Ruidoso's finest restaurants. |

I'm still involved with technology as a partner in GoWest Marketing ... a web-related marketing technology services firm here in Ruidoso. My passions: hiking with my wife and two labs, playing bass, new technologies, buying and selling properties, helping others do the same and just living the good life in the high country! |
